Allied Wellness And Care LLC (referred to herein as, “we,” “our,” or “us”) owns and operates the website located at alliedwellnessandcare.com , including any of it’s subdomains, (collectively, the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any services offered through it (the “Services”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to bound by this “Agreement”, which is a legally enforceable contract between Allied Wellness And Care and you, the individual (“you” or “your”), and you agree to our  Privacy Policy.  Please read this Agreement carefully as it provides the important information you will need to know about using the Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or any of the Services.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site and its Services only for lawful, authorized purposes and in full compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and ordinances. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site does not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
   • Appointment Cancellations
     We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 248 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, as outlined during the booking process or in your appointment confirmation.
   • No-Shows
     Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be considered a no-show, and a fee may be charged accordingly. Repeated no-shows may result in limited ability to schedule future appointments.
   • Refund Policy
     All payments for services rendered are non-refundable, including deposits, unless otherwise stated. Refunds for prepaid packages, memberships, or treatments will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Allied Wellness And Care.
   • Product Refunds
     Products purchased through our clinic or website are eligible for return within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original condition. Proof of purchase is required. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
   • Processing of Approved Refunds
     If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

5. Electronic Communications

You acknowledge that:

• Email and text messages are not guaranteed to be secure or encrypted.
• You assume responsibility for the accuracy of your contact information and for ensuring that our emails and messages are not filtered or blocked by your service provider.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Allied Wellness And Care or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. All materials available through the Site may be accessed, downloaded, or printed for the noncommercial purpose and solely within the scope allowable by this Agreement. No other use of these  materials may be made without express written permission by Allied Wellness And Care. Certain names, logos, and other materials displayed in and throughout the Site  may constitute  trademarks, trade names, services marks or logos (“Trademarks”) of Allied Wellness And Care. You are not authorized to use any such Trademarks without the express written permission of Allied Wellness And Care. Ownership of all such Trademarks and the goodwill associated therewith remains with us.

7. User Submissions

Any information, feedback, or content you submit to us through the Site (including testimonials, reviews, or messages) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting such content, you grant Allied Wellness And Care the right to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Allied Wellness And Care. This Agreement and the resolution of any and all disputes related to this Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action or proceeding related to your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.
